My office is a safe place for people of all religions, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations and ages. My goal is to help clients navigate through the difficulties of their lives by utilizing techniques used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapeutic (DBT), Talk Therapy and mindfulness. I look forward to working with you!
