Anna Millard provides psychotherapy at the Cruz Clinic in Livonia. She has earned both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, over 30 years ago. Her practice includes working with individuals throughout the adult lifespan.
Anna’s clinical approach includes, but not limited to, ACT, CBT, Strengths-Based Approach and Motivational Interviewing. She has experience with anxiety, depression, acute and complicated grief, life transitions, end of life, trauma, chronic pain and chronic illness. Anna has also taught and presented on Motivational Interviewing.
