
Xochitl earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Regional del Sureste in Oaxaca, Mexico, and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wayne State University in Michigan.
She is a licensed psychotherapist in the State of Michigan and holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Yoga from Body Mind Being Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and as a Transpersonal Coach and Reconstructive Facilitator from the Reconstructive International Integrative Holistic School.
Xochitl’s clinical approach is holistic and integrative, with a focus on somatic and trauma-informed therapy. She works with individuals and couples, supporting clients through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and life transitions.
She strives to provide a compassionate, safe, and supportive space where clients can reconnect with their inner strength, wisdom, and capacity for healing.
