Tatianna takes great pride in having the opportunity to help clients align their lives and values in a way that ultimately gives life great meaning. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. During this time, she worked as a research assistant looking into the racial disparities that people faced in their everyday lives and the impact this had on them both socially and psychologically. As a clinician, Tatianna takes these factors into account and works with an array of clients to address these issues and more. Some of her clinical interests include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues. In addition to this, she also conducts formal ADHD assessments. Tatianna takes an integrative approach to treatment, often drawing from aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and evidence-based mindfulness techniques. She is open to learning and integrating new approaches and working with clients from various backgrounds with various issues. Tatianna provides a safe, validating, and non-judgmental approach in her work with clients and looks forward to helping you create a life that is meaningful to you!
