Sabrina is a fully licensed Social Worker and completed her Masters in Social Work at Wayne State University. She has over 12 years experience treating adult and adolescents and is skilled in individual, couple, and family therapy. She specializes in addiction, anxiety disorders, anger management, depression, panic disorders, relationship issues, stress management, excessive shame/guilt, and trauma. Sabrina takes the time to establish a safe and compassionate working environment where great care is taken to understand and appreciate each person’s unique needs and problems. Sabrina is highly skilled in helping clients achieve their goals using a combination of therapeutic techniques. She helps clients work though a variety of issues by incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic theory, mindfulness and self compassion. Great care is always taken to ensure clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
