Rachel Zuppke, MA earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Brandeis University in Boston, and her Master’s Degree at Wayne State University. Prior to joining Cruz Clinic, Rachel was a school psychologist in the Detroit metropolitan area. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Wayne State University.
Rachel has experience working with adults and adolescents, managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, trauma, and stress. Rachel is trained in cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. She provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental approach in her work with clients and looks forward to joining you on your journey to wellness!
