Michael has a masters of arts from the Michigan School of Psychology which focused on teaching the humanistic model of Psychology. He is licensed to practice in the state of Michigan and has experience working with couples, young children and clients of all ages and all socioeconomic backgrounds. He currently works as a private practice clinician. On top of his experience working in private practice, he has also worked in inpatient behavioral health and substance abuse and also has experience running therapy groups.
Michael has training and experience with a variety of humanistic, CBT, ACT, and DBT interventions and techniques. He has experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar 1 and 2, personality disorders and psychotic disorders. One of Michael’s current focuses is working with adults with ADHD or mood disorders.
