Kelsey received her degree in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism management and held leadership roles in hotels and restaurants. During this time, she began to understand just how deeply our personal perceptions influence our mental health and quality of life and developed a passion for helping people. She is excellent at helping clients communicate clearly and effectively to work through interpersonal conflicts. Kelsey is passionate about working with adults and couples with a variety of presenting problems; with special interests in perinatal mental health, family dysfunction, and social justice issues. She has a holistic approach and likes to focus on whole body health. Kelsey strives to be empathetic and compassionate in all areas of life and hopes that those qualities are visible to patients
