Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard from the start.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) in the State of Michigan, with over 25 years of experience in mental health, substance use, and trauma-focused care. My clinical work spans adolescents, adults, and couples, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, outcomes-driven treatment.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders, addiction, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience working with complex trauma populations, including survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

My approach is integrative and strength-based, focused on helping clients build insight, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical, sustainable strategies for change. I provide services in a professional virtual setting that balances structure with a comfortable, supportive environment.

As Brené Brown noted, “Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we are all in this together.” This perspective guides my work—meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
