Sarah Beaulieu is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who received her Masters degree from the University of Michigan in 2017 and a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Cincinnati in 2024. She is dual certified as a Family and Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with AANP and ANCC, respectively.
Sarah provides both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy services to her clients, of all ages, with a focus on holistic care and client-provider collaboration when it comes to treatment decisions. She has previously worked as an ER nurse at Michigan Medicine and a Primary Care/Walk-In provider in rural Michigan, where she often found herself assisting with or managing clients in crisis or with mental health needs. Sarah later began providing online mental health services to clients across Michigan during the later part of the COVID pandemic, while returning to school for her post-master’s certificate. She enjoys helping clients manage their symptoms of anxiety, depression (MDD or Bipolar disorder), PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and some personality disorders, while empowering them to take control of their mental health through psychoeducation, use of psychological tools, and encouraging self-care.
As the spouse of a US veteran, she also has a passion for helping veterans and their families through the challenges that are unique to military families.
