Dr. Stelson is board certified adult psychiatry completed a fellowship in Psychopharmacology.  He practices general psychiatry, including psychotherapy and prescription of psychotropic medication. Dr. Stelson treats  children, adolescents, and adults. He offers a wide range of specialties including oppositional defiant disorder, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, temper issues and substance abuse. He provides services in English, German and Russian.
