Christie received a Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan. She is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Christie worked as a Registered Nurse in Michigan, Indiana, and California on various inpatient hospital units, including Behavioral Health, Critical Care, Hospice/Oncology, and Medical-Surgical.

At Cruz Clinic, Christie provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adults facing a range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Christie takes a holistic, collaborative approach to care, supporting each client on their individual journey.
